As according to a common variation of the hanky code, orange means "anything, anywhere, anytime." Orange right means being on the receiving end of that. (It can also mean "nothing at all" because the hanky code is wonderful like that.) As its first meaning, most people that I've interacted with find it foolish/a bad idea, and one man I know actually told a young guy flagging that that they were going to go outside and he was going to castrate the other guy and feed him his balls. Not something he followed through on, obviously, but it got the point across.
So the purpose to that tag is to harken back to why saying "no limits ever" is uh, not a great idea. Up to the writer how far they take it though.
