Hm, I think that kind of objectification is to some extent implied by cockwarming, but since you want pretty extreme objectification, I would be willing to approve something like "Cockwarming/Muffwarming With Total Objectification." Alternatively, something like "Sub is Completely Immobilized While Used For Cock/Muffwarming" might get at some of the dynamic you want, depending on which factors are important to you?
