I'm confused about the Daddy Kink rejection - a Daddy is a kind of Dom? And a bunch of the constituent parts of the kink - obedience, discipline, age play - are in the tagset.

Also, the wording of one of my tags got changed, and for the most part I don't mind it except I really was specifically interested in the Sub trying to get hurt, get a beating, not just getting a reaction out of their Dom.

My Tag: Sub mouths off because they desperately want a beating
Changed To: Discipline - sub mouths off/acts out because they desperately want a reaction

Thank you! IME the "desperately want a beating" phrase is often used in a metaphorical sense for trying to provoke a reaction, so I will add, "Sub mouths off to get beating."

struggle to maintain bodily control - Could the nominator elaborate on what they're picturing?

Not sure if there's a better way to put this, at least, I've not encountered one. It's a catch-all for things that push a body to the limit? like, this could be Desperation realted, like omorashi, a bathroom control situ where the sub isn't allowed and has to struggle to maintain control until given permission, etc,

but this can also be, like, edging related, struggling to maintain control and not orgasm until given permission.

the same, like, dynamic can be at play in things like predicament bondage etc, situations where the person has to maintain a position until they're too tired or given permission...

for some folks with the kink, it is sometimes just called "desperation" and is implied to cover a lot of diff situations, but i've not yet encountered a better way to catch that dynamic (regaurdless of the Specifc situ/kink/kind of bodily reaction they're trying not to give into).

Thoughts?

you can of course itemize the kinds of things the person is asked to resist, but I was trying to get at a catch-all for the specific bdsm Dynamic, because I'm one of those people who can get behind a Wide range of specific kinks, if this struggle-to-maintain-control-until-x dynamic is the way the kink is engaged with.

applies in supernatural situ also, Trying not to prematurely knot, trying not to vamp out until allowed, trying not to transform, whatever that, like, physical line/climax is that they are trying to hold back from until they are given permission, or fail and lose control

I don't think this tag is eligible as a general concept, as it's ambiguous enough that different participants are likely to understand it differently, and many of the concepts involved are not eligible. However, you're welcome to suggest any more specific versions you would like me to add to the tagset.

I did, the specific ones that came to mind as more popular (orgasm delay/denial, etc), so no worries on that front.

And I personally have a little blurb I always add in the want/dnw sections of my own prompts/requests, to try to communicate the vibe, in case it works for someone. 👌

Probably too late to fix, but I only now noticed that there's a typo in one of the character names in fandom The Haunting (1963) - Luka Sanderson tops John Markway (The Haunting (1963))

"Luka" should of course be "Luke" as in the other variations nominated.

Might be too late, but I'm the nominator for 'Scenario - Doms can use willpower to make Subs obey'.
I wasn't thinking of the specifics. I guess it could be considered a form of mind control...although for me mind control is specifically something long lasting/continuous and for this scenario it could also be something where focused/short where it's just a very specific order/type of order that can be enforced.

(Not sure if that helps at all to clarify though)

Hm, I'm willing to add a freeform if we can come up with a clear wording, but I'm still a little confused about what exactly you're picturing. A scenario where doms have powers that make subs obey them, short or long-term? (I think I approved the tag with roughly that wording.)

I thought about it a little more and I think the Scenario keyword might be misleading. It might be more "AU - Doms can control subs through metaphysical power"
